During the 90 days, Egencia will waive all booking and onboarding fees and healthcare providers will have access to special healthcare hotel rates, an accelerated onboarding experience, 24/7/365 customer service in 32 languages, and additional benefits.

A. Any healthcare provider in markets that Egencia directly serves with employees who need to either isolate or travel to help with the COVID crisis. These markets include:

A. To express gratitude to COVID-19 healthcare professionals, Egencia developed the Egencia Helping Healthcare travel program to make it hassle-free for healthcare providers to secure lodging for their employees and volunteers. Egencia and hotels are waiving booking fees for 90 days.

Q. How can interested healthcare providers continue service with Egencia after the 90 days? 

If after the Helping Healthcare program expires a healthcare provider would like to continue with a managed travel program, Egencia will be glad to work with them to explore contracting with Egencia. 

Q. How can healthcare providers cancel after the 90 days? 

A. The program automatically ends after 90 days but any healthcare provider who would like to continue with a managed travel program can reach out to Egencia to discuss options.
