• New rail alternatives to air travel

  Sustainability has been high on our priority list for a while now. Hitting your green goals has never been more important. That’s why we’ve added more alternatives to air train routes. Letting you make greener decisions across 23 popular travel routes across Europe.

• Re-book what you love, easily

  Have you been to a hotel you loved and want to return? Enjoyed a flight and want to repeat that experience? No problem! To accommodate an efficient return to travel, you can now effortlessly access past hotel and flight reservations. And because it’s been a while, you can do this from up to three years ago!

• Find the hotel you need – really quickly!

  The filtering capabilities have been updated to allow you to find exactly what you need without having to scroll, explore and filter manually for hours. As well as this, it allows you to save on those fiddly, out-of-pocket expenses you have to claim back. For example – want to grab dinner at the hotel, rather than walking to find a restaurant to then pay for it yourself? No worries! Simply select ‘dinner included’ on the filter and we’ll present you with a list of hotels that include a meal.

• Further savings and flexibility across more airlines, cabins, and locations

  Egencia’s enhanced Preferred Rate program provides customers with more choice and savings across airlines, cabins, and locations. As well as this, you get more flexibility for fares and refund policies. And now that we have the powerful booking of American Express Global Business Travel, you now have access to unrivaled content and savings potential with over 90 airlines in the program.

Compare key metrics like spend, policy compliance, transaction count, average price, Co2 emission, and view it all quickly with the handy quick filter options - streamlining your workflow.

• Help offset your carbon footprint faster

  So, you want to hit your sustainability goals but aren’t sure how your travel is impacting your flight emissions in real time? You can calculate all of this with our carbon offset calculator. Choose a fixed price per CO₂ ton to offset your flight emissions so that at checkout, the offset cost is automatically added to the total price of the flight. This not only speeds up the offsetting process, but the compensated amount will also go towards your chosen environmental project!

• Save time and effort with machine learning driven approval

  Egencia’s approval recommendation tool benchmarks against similar companies in terms of industry, size of the company, the number of travelers, country and projected travel spend to help you determine and optimize the right approval process for your company. Accept and apply the recommendation in one click.
