Paul Cowan has more than 20 years experience in commercial & customer service roles in the travel & telecommunications industries.
Paul joined Egencia in 2017 to help lead the globalization of our customer service teams. Prior to his time at Egencia, Paul was with British Telecom and held a number of operational & transformation roles in both the wholesale/business to business (B2B) and retail/business to consumer (B2C) sectors; managing teams globally.
Paul also has extensive business development and product management experience, including the launch of consumer broadband in the UK
Paul holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Strathclyde.
