Thomas is the Senior Director for the Egencia People Team. He leads a team focused on delivering best-in-class employee experience and engagement, with a passion for developing and attracting best talents to power up the success of Egencia.
Thomas brings over 15 years of experience in the travel industry. He has been with Egencia for 11 years and brings deep global experience having lived and work in France, Norway and the USA during his time with the company.
Prior to leading the Egencia People team, Thomas held multiple leadership roles in Egencia’s Global Customer Operations and served as a Chief of Staff for the Commercial & Customer success organization.
He holds a Bachelor degree of Marketing from the EMLV in Paris.
He lives in Seattle with his family.
