I can't download or install the app.
- Are you installing the App on a different device than an iPhone? The app is currently available only on the iPhone. You can install the app on iPad or iPod Touch, but these devices are not officially supported and the format may be distorted.
- Do you have the latest OS available for your device? We recommend you always use the latest iOS available. Please refer to iTunes to check if a new version is available.
- Is the device jailbroken? Egencia supports only the official iOS.
- Do you have a valid account on the Apple Store? Please check that you have a working Apple Store account by downloading another application.

I can't log on to Egencia Mobile.
- You need to use the same login and password as your Egencia booking site.
- Are you able to connect with the same login and password as your Egencia booking site?
- Did you try to reset your password via your Egencia booking site? A new password will be emailed to you, using the email address defined in your Egencia profile.
- Login and password are case sensitive.

Data transfer is slow.
- Please check that your 3G or WiFi connection has enough bandwidth.

I don't see my trips or some trips are missing.
- Please perform a manual refresh of your itineraries by hitting the Refresh button on the upper-right corner of the app.
- The app shows only current or upcoming trips; it doesn't show completed trips.
- Please double check to see if your trip has been approved and booked. Egencia Mobile only displays booked itineraries.

- Please check the Apple Store to see if they are using the latest version.
- Perform screen captures of the problem by pressing simultaneously on the Home button (middle of the iPhone) and the Power button (on top of the iPhone).
- Please forward this issue to your Egencia Customer Service team or to mobilesuggestions@egencia.com.

I would like to see some new functionalities. Who can I contact regarding suggestions?
- Please first check the Apple Store to see if they are using the latest version.
- You can forward your suggestions to either your Travel Manager or by emailing mobilesuggestions@egencia.com.

Does the app work offline?
- You need to have internet access to download and install the app, which is required for the first login and password. The next time you open the app, you can access your trip data even if there is no internet connectivity.
- Your itineraries will be synchronized and saved to the device (this step requires connectivity). Once synchronized, you can browse them even if there is no internet connectivity. This might be particularly useful if you already boarded a plane and wish to check for an upcoming trip.
- Don't forget to resynchronize your trips the next time you have internet connectivity!

How do I determine when the app was last synchronized with my travel itinerary and how can I refresh it?
- On the Trips pages, on the top right corner, there is a button which shows when it was last updated. This is the Refresh button.

I can't find the check-in link, where is it?
- Online check-in link only appears 24 hours before check-in and is located on the bottom left hand corner of the flight segment summary screen.
- Online check-in is only available before flight departure; thus the online check-in link is only displayed when the service becomes available.
- Online check-in is only available for selected airlines that we currently have available on the Egencia websites.

Does the app show local time or time updates?
- If you are traveling to a different time zone, arrival and departure times are always shown as the local time of that destination.
- By default, the iPhone automatically updates the time to local time when you land in a new time zone.

Will the app inform the user if a new version is available?
- Please regularly check the Apple Store for new version availability or check the Egencia website for more information.
- A list of new functionalities will be available from the Apple Store Download page.

Where can I download the app?
- There is a link throughout the Egencia website that leads to the app in the Apple Store.
- Users can also use iTunes to search for "Egencia" and download the app and synchronize it to the device.

Compatibility questions (OS, Devices, jailbreak).
- Support is restricted to iPhone (all versions). No official support for iPad or iPod Touch is currently available; however, users of the iPod Touch and iPad will be able to download the app.
- We recommend using the latest iPhone OS available for the device.
- There is no support for jailbroken devices.

How long does it take to download the app?
- Downloading and installing Egencia Mobile to the iPhone takes only a few minutes.

What language is the app available in?
- All the languages that we currently support online, which currently includes English, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Turkish, Polish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish.
- To change the language of your app, you need to change the language setting on your phone. Not all languages supported by the app are supported by the point of sale for your company, so you may see some discrepancy if you use a different language for your phone than for the Egencia website.

- Yes, you simply need to have an Apple Store account.

- The new password has to be reset on the Egencia booking site, under your profile.

Will the login/password be saved to the device for the next connection?
- Yes, login and password are stored to the device, so there is no need to enter them again. If you want to log out of the application you need to hit the 'logout' button in the More view.

- This is not currently available, but will be available in later versions.
