Nikki Germany
Country Director, Egencia Canada
As the Country Director for Canada, Nikki Germany oversees product development, marketing, supplier relations, operations and sales efforts.
Prior to joining Egencia, Ms. Germany served as Vice President of Operations for Intrawest, a leader in the development and operation of experiential destination resorts. In this position, she was responsible for a variety of functions including sales, marketing, operations, service delivery and partner services. Prior to Intrawest, Ms. Germany helped launch and grow a B2B tourism start up.
Ms. Germany started her career with BHP Billiton, one of Australia's largest companies, working in locations including Australia, US, UK and Chile.
Ms Germany holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wollongong in Australia, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She makes her home in Toronto.
