Debbie Grossi is the Director of Egencia Meetings and Incentives North America, recently rebranded from Reward Worldwide.
Debbie has spent over 32 years of her career in the travel business - beginning as a travel consultant, and later joining Thomas Cook Meetings & Incentive and Reward Worldwide. Debbie has worked in a variety of areas from sales, proposal stage, air operations, land operations and onsite delivery.
Debbie has been an active member of The Society of Incentive Travel Executives since 1991 and was President of the Canadian Chapter in 1998. She’s been very involved in the educational component of SITE and has sat on education panels at international conferences as well as Incentive Works. Debbie was also the Co-Chair of the Host Committee of the Site International Conference in November 2005, working with the bid committee to bring the event to Toronto.
