Vice President, Global Customer Service
Alan Donald is responsible for the strategy and execution of Egencia’s Global Customer Service operations. Mr. Donald joined Expedia® Corporate Travel in June 2005 in this newly created position.
Prior to Expedia, Mr. Donald worked for 14 years for Microsoft Corporation based in a variety of roles in both Europe and North America, with a strong focus on business to business marketing and global customer service. In his most recent position at Microsoft, Mr. Donald was responsible for overseeing MSN’s global service operations.
Prior to Microsoft, Mr. Donald spent a number of years developing software for financial institutions. He holds a Degree in Engineering from the UK.
